Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and tags attached to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
